Staged Combat and Fencing



Disciplinary specialization of a practical orientation.

The course lasts 90 academic hours, divided into 3 modules.

Preparation: The program should give students a rich arsenal of fencing skills that will enable them to enrich the range of expressive means they use.

Evaluation Criteria: Students Learn to be assessed the degree of Master of fencing techniques, the adequacy of their application in specific tasks scenic, originality of interpretation in the fencing techniques of execution.

Forms in which the results will be demonstrated: about combats dramaturgical stage in excerpts selected by the students.

Procedures for evaluating student performance: the grade during the current semester, year-end review before an audience.

This program is designed for students of the College Theatre Luben Groys ¨ ¨. It gives an opportunity to practice during a theatrical fencing is in compliance with bobjectifs and specificity of learning in general. Material, included in the program, represents the minimum oblgatoire of aptitudes in fencing for the presentation of a theatrical fencing fight on that basis, students will get an idea for the fight with a knife in his appearance classical as well as some characteristics of its variants. They will also take connaissanse principles for developing the combat stage fencing. The main purpose of the program is to teach students to use fencing as a means of expression in their future achievements of players.

The tasks to be performed are determined by the manner of their application in the tasks concrete stage. The dialectic which will be held following the workshops allows control of the material by all students at a good level and provides a possible revelation of individual creative abilities.

In the program for the 1st module (1st semester, 2nd year) are included mainly tasks related to the assimilation of key technical skills, for the second module (2nd semester, 2nd year) are included tasks transforming technical skills theatrical means of expression, the third module (1st semester, 3rd year) provide an opportunity for students to choose and prepare them - selves, fighting fencing to represent their dissertations studies.

Evaluation procedure: The successes of students in relation to the assimilation of the teaching will be evaluated at the end of each module by a ¨ or ¨ yes ¨ no ¨ and they submit to an examination at the end of their learning.

The modules will be completed by a ¨ yes ¨ no ¨ ¨ or when the review will include three papers: ¨ Low · ¨ good ¨, and ¨ excellent ¨.
